If I knew the true name of God
What would I do with it?
I heard a story once about how once a year
A rabbi would enter the Great Temple in Jerusalem
And recite the true name of God
Now in our present state there is no temple
Even if there was,
Jews would not be able to cross the wall
The Dome of the Rock stands on our holy spot
Despite this set back,
There is yet another problem
The enigma is Adonai
What is His true name?
How do I decipher the code and where do I look?
If you analyze the letters:
YUD-HAY-VAV-HAY
You find very little,
If you don’t know what to look for
When you draw out the letters in a specific way,
The letters actually form a hand
The Hand of God
Yud the thumb
Hay the fingers
Vav the arm
Hay the fingers
What is the one physical trait that sets humans apart from all else?
The opposable thumb
The hand makes us different
Humans were created in God’s image
These four letters are the connection between Heaven and Earth
Within them a puzzle
Backwards:
HEE-HOO
Translates to "He-She"
Humans
Mother God
Unwrap this puzzle and we are one step closer
Closer to God
