AUGUST 11 - What a busy month! I'm trying to move into a new apartment with this guy Salomon, who's my mom's best friend's friend's nephew. I think we found a place but can't move in until early September. My family came into town a couple weeks ago and fed me well.

Okay, let's retrack. In June I went to Texas for a good three weeks and a much needed break. I spent lots of time doing nothing... and yet, I still didn't get much sleep. Strange how you seldom sleep on a vacation. Anywho, one great accomplishment was winning first place in the 1st Annual Scott Schneider / Alzheimer's Association of Houston Video Game Tournament. We competed in various video games from a plethora of platforms - Tetris (NES), RBI Baseball (NES), Missle Command (Atari), Super Mario Kart (SNES), Street Fighter 2 (SNES), Tony Hawk 2 (GameCube), Super Smash Bros. Melee (GameCube), Goldeneye (N64), Halo 2 (XBOX), DanceDance Revolution (PS2), and a finale three-way competition in Super Mario Bros. (NES). It actually was a close competition, and I didn't dominate like I thought I would. In fact, I didn't even win at Halo2 - which thoroughly surprised me. I spent some time with Ivan and Grama up in Austin. Then I spent my remaining time with my family, Andrew, and Kimberly back in Houston. Oh, and the Astros sucked at both games I went to.

I came back into L.A. and was immediately swamped with auditions. At one point I had a commercial audition for "Club Jenna" on Playboy TV. All I have to say - magazines in the waiting room. Apartment hunting ensued, which took up much time, patience, sleep, and sanity. I saw a bunch of amazingly good shows at the Next Stage in my spare time and even managed to squeeze in a few dates.

In mid-June, I played the evil Ice Cream Man in "Melting Points."

I should have put this picture up last post, but here's a shot of me in "Sex and the Pregnant Man."

Mmmm I love Boba Thai Tea. I think I've mentioned that a few times. Just thought I'd mention it again.
me as a South Park character

So Monty Pythong is running again, starting Friday August 18. We sold out every night in the first and second run, so we're resurrecting the show with some of the same sketches and cast members. This weekend I should be shooting a film "Desidero Anima," as well as a game show "1 vs. 100." Let's hope I win some money.
